The textures and styles of vintage wall advertisements often capture my attention, and I am drawn to photograph them. The brick, the peeling layers of paint, the fonts, and the references to history. This is a detail of an advertisement painted on the side of a building in Madison, Wisconsin. Image captured with a Fujifilm X-20, raw format, and developed in Photoshop.
