This greeting card features a minimalist geometric quasi-street-scene composition. I usually carry a camera with me, and this time it was my Rico GRIIIx, an amazing pocketable camera with a reasonably fast 40mm lens. Sure, phone cameras are handy, but I prefer a camera. I was walking home from an evening concert, April 2026, and these angles and planes caught my eye. Captured in RAW polychrome, converted to monochrome in post, and finally printed in warm monochrome. The scene didn't exude much color to begin with, but I wanted a clean slate.
