Words on the Street Series

This "Words on the Street" is a series of the same composition presented in different bright and saturated colors. The story... While out for a stroll, I noticed a panel of randomly assembled, black and white geometric tiles, low on the front of a building. At the time, there was a fast food shop there. They were dingy and gray, but it captured my attention and a took a few shots. Probably with my Fuji X-20, but I do not recall. When developing the raw file in Photoshop, I made a print in straight grayscale monochrome. Then something inspired me to add some color! I titled it "Words on the Street" because it is essentially a street shot, and the symbols implied language, to me, like they could carry meaning.
