It may have been the last one built by the luthier, or so I was informed by the seller. Spruce top. Back and sides probably cypress. Ebony fret board. Cool red element in binding. In good condition with some finish checking on top and back, possibly shellac finish. Elegantly presented here by the model, Whitney.
